Financial Policy

Patients With Dental Insurance

For our patients with dental insurance, our office requests that your individual co-payment is paid at the time of service. Our office will submit all paperwork to your insurance company for you, as well as handling any information requests or re-submissions. Once your insurance company has made payment, we will either refund you by check if there is an over-payment, or send you a statement if there is still a balance remaining on the account.

Patients Without Dental Insurance

Our office typically requests payment in full at the time of service for those patients that do not have dental insurance.

We offer financing through CareCredit so that you can receive treatment even if you cannot afford to pay the fee in full!

CareCredit allows you to pay monthly installments in a variety of different plans depending on the cost of your treatment. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to learn more, or visit www.carecredit.com to complete your application online.

For your convenience, payments may be made with personal check, and bank draft, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Effective January 1, 2024, all credit card charges will incur a 3% convenience fee. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask our staff, and they will be more than happy to assist you.
